The
best place to taste, enjoy and understand wine is in the vineyard
or cellar with the producer. Brendan accompanies wine lovers all
over France ,exploring vineyards and putting them in contact with
great wine producers.
Alternatively he can bring the wines from these wonderful regions
and great producers to you.
Whether you are staying in France or at home in Europe or the US,
Brendan can bring the ambiance of the vineyard and cellar into your
living room.
He not only brings wines directly from the producer (he’ll show you their family photos), he’ll also bring along rocks from the different vineyards along with maps and pictures of the regions to assist in your appreciation and understanding of these delicious wines.
Brendan “performs” his tastings throughout the year
and throughout France for groups of up to 40 people. During the
winter months he is avaliable in the UK and the rest of Europe.
A classic wine tasting would take approximately 2 hours and would
involve up to 10 wines from different villages and producers. Brendan
brings the wines, glasses and tasting notes and,if possible, will
russtle up some gougères (see
recipe) to accompany the wines.
