Thank you very much indeed for giving us such a memorable tour of Chablis and Tonnerre. We won't forget the restaurant in Irancy nor the huge hands of the grandpere, and it was the highlight of our week in Burgundy.

4th to 5th February 2012 ST Vincent Tournante at Courgis near Chablis www.courgis2012.com/ The annual wine festival celebrating the patron saint of wine -producers hosted by a different village every year. A very colourful event with plenty to eat and drink as you admire the village decorations and animations. Wear thick socks !
25th February to 3rd March 2012 Brendan MOORE travelling around the UK with bottles, glasses, rocks, maps etc holding 2 hour wine tastings. Gougere making demonstrations. Make contact if you'd like to host one !
17th March 2012 Nuits St Georges. Half marathon or 10km with wine tastings en route to accompany the auction of wine at Hospices de Nuits St Georges. Or you just take part in the tastings.
19th to 25 March 2012 Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne. www.grands-jours-bourgogne.com Held every two years, every region of Burgundy hosts a prestigious tasting with top producers showing their wares. You need to have a connection with the wine business to attend, see their site.
23rd-26th March 2012 Salon des Vignerons Independant Place Champeret Paris. A great wine show with hundreds of producers present from all over France. A great day of discovery, just remeber to spit from time to time. I'll be attending if you wish to meet up. Contact me for free entrance tickets.
20th to 22nd April 2012 Salon des vins à Macon. A wonderful wine tasting experience for lovers of Pouilly fuissé, St Veran etc...
